2012 is not an end, rather it is the true Beginning. Accordingly 2012 is the expansion of dimensional access on the New Earth.

People Get Ready

The Ascension has movement, it is a train of change, and it is coming. You do not need a ticket, only faith & preparation. Energies of the Earth are shifting more quickly now. The velocity of light has increased. In response, the flash & sequencing of linear- time is moving faster now, in the quickening of the 2012 Ascension. The magnetic grid is being reduced as the Crystalline Grid becomes dominant. Gravity fields have transitioned and will continue this metastasis. The arc swing of duality is lessened, and the movement into greater dimension, crystalline frequency, is now tangible. It effects you, influences your Beingness in a powerful manner in the shift.

New Earth Demands

In kind then, does the need for humanity to shift become requisite to maintain equilibrium and balance. Equivocation will not serve. The astrological undulations become more intense as does the heightened energy of the planet itself.

The energy of the New Earth demands more effort on your part. You must proactively raise your frequency to adjust, to keep pace. You must manage expectation and rise to the occasion.

The new energy is of a different medium. Just as you move differently in water than on land, so must you adjust your energy field in the new expanded environ. A new focus is necessary in the optimal maintenance of your Auric Body, for the human EMF ( Electro-Magnetic Field) is being shifted into CEF (Crysto-Electric Field) at the level of the 5th dimension. It is an important change, and is a mandate for each of you on the path.

Ascension Symptoms

The Ascension has symptoms. How you choose to deal with them has consequences. They become either growing pains that lead to great new horizons, or the impetus of a stagnation that can lead to a downward spiral. You can’t sit on the fence and ignore it, one of the two, the former or latter, will occur. The Ascension energies are global, and are encountered through Auric Induction.The Aura must be understood, and maintained in order to shift into the Crystalline. The higher frequencial energies of the New Earth require a larger CEF (Crysto-Electric Field) , and the operation manual is a bit more complex.

If you do not make a concerted effort, the greater resonance will create fissure cracks in the field and your will have energy bleed. Energy bleed creates short circuitry, and leads to greater malfunction. Including then, potential symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic sleep disorder and apathy. These can be avoided, but the mechanics must be recognized and monitored. It is more important than ever to understand and indeed rigorously maintain the Auric Field in the ongoing shift, for it is the optimal CEF that is the gateway to the Crystalline Light Body.

2012 Requires Beacons

Yes, it takes work to adjust. But it is the better path. It will be at times seem overwhelming . But you can navigate this with discipline and heart. And we are here to assist.

The greatest path is to accept the challenge of Self Ascension by being a living ‘Light House-Beacon’. Project then the example of your own light rather than protesting the darkness that still exists within the world in 3d, and choosing to dimly insulate yourself from it. Not all humans will chose the walk of Ascension at this time. In many ways it is a moot point, for the changes of the Ascension will occur whether humanity in micro or macro shift in synergetic rhythm in sync with the New Earth of 2012. Beloved, we offer in this moment the integral energy of our Light Beingness, of that crystalline essence of which we are.

We offer you in pure love the guidance of our wisdom for your discernment. Masters, we ask of you simply to be fully present in your hearts and minds. Discern what we say, for you are a God in process. Take what resonates of that we offer for it is presented to you in deepest respect and love.

Our purpose is ever to reinforce your own strength, for ultimately the vast divinity of your Being is not only well equipped to help you find fulfillment, but totally desirous of doing so. And Dear Human, in this process you will discover your higher nature of wisdom, understanding, exuberance, and peace. No one, not even an Angel, can do this for you. In impeccable Mer-Ka-Na you will achieve every self designed task before you.

2012 Optimal Auric Circuitry

And so we speak on the optimal circuitry of the human auric field, with specific focus on the 13-20-33 circuitry. Masters, the Human Aura is not auto-regulated. It requires methodical maintenance. And this is tantamount, because achieving and retaining the 13-20-33 Circuitry of the integral Auric Field is an absolute prerequisite of ascending into Crystalline Light-Body Vehicle. You see with the great expansion of the resonant energy via the completion of the Crystalline Grid, it is logical to understand that a crystalline light body is generated & birthed in order to carry the higher crystal energy matrix of the Ascending Earth. It is the Mer-Ka-Na, and its circuitry is an Alchemical process that must be understood in order to operate in optimal quantum clarity.

Auric Development

Now, we address briefly the time-linear aspect of development of the Human Aura. Dear Ones, as each of you have grown in consciousness through you multitudinous sojourns in duality you activated more layers of your auric field. With each new activation, more responsibility is required, greater apperception is naturally requisite for optimal Auric maintenance. The ultimate and optimal resonance is the Circuitry of 13-20-33. This is the key ratio and flow of the graduated, fully blossomed Auric Field. It is this resonance that allows for flow into Crystalline Light Body. Unless the 13-20-33 is obtained, cultivated and sustained Light Body acquisition is untenable.

Before we delve into this important assay, let us add the caveat, that Auric expansion is a journey and not a destination. In other words, what is gained MUST be kept. Many of you have achieved high levels of Auric layer activation only to lose the clear luminosity & circuitry due to lack of comprehension of the fundamental stipulations required for optimal Auric Field sustenance.

Most of you that are termed ‘Old-Souls’ in your vernacular originally entered the Earth-Plane in Crystalline Light Body, in the Mer-Ka-Ra of the true Ascended Master. With the Fall of the Firmament, you willingly entered into the ‘University of Duality’ and in time lost the connection to the great and greater aspect of your true essence. Your auras then took a downward spiral alongside your awareness as you fell into the diffused density of polarity physical bodies. This we have shared with you in earlier assays.

Now, we wish to clarify at this juncture that the advent of duality onto the Earth-Plane was not an accident. It was what we may term as a deliberate occurrence to allow for the experience and growth within duality. The Earth became a University, in its role as the Planet of Choice. Most of your religious scripts refer to this as the ‘downfall’ of mankind. But in actuality it was an intentional ‘maya’, an illusion with purpose. Duality placed filters on consciousness, and work was/is required to ‘grow’ back into full crystalline consciousness. But ALL of YOU chose this growth, and it carries succinct credentials.

The duality experiment carried with it certain vulnerabilities and allowed for what may be termed purposeful setbacks. This then is the journey of duality, the contractual pathway for re-emergence thru growth and overcoming obstacles.

And so in this process of re-growth, the dense became denser, the physical became more solidified, and the hemispheres of the human brain became locked in the polarity of the dodecahedronal grid.

The duality cycled human then incarnated into lifetimes that were dominated by frontal mind and the experience of lower chakra. This level of unconsciousness then allowed for only the 7 layer chakric field, with the goal of activating from the lower 3 chakras to the upper 4, in unifying the seven in full flow.

Duality was defined by polar electromagnetics, and the grid system that determined the level of density was the magnetic or gravity grid. This was indeed adjusted to differing levels throughout the progression of humanity. For a great deal of the linear time since the Golden Age of Atlantis, the gravity grid only allowed for an 8-8-16 circuitry in the Human Aura, and the gendered Mer-Ka-Bah was the Light Body that enabled growth from this level of frequency. Certain Avatars came back into duality from 5,000 to 2,000 years as you measure ‘back’ in linear time from this succinct reality hologram in order to begin to re-establish the pattern resonance of 13-20-33.

Yet only from the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, did the grid adjustment truly rebirth the 13-20-33 potential for the masses. This became initially enabled with the 144-Crystal Grid in 2001. It is the Crystalline Age thru the Crystalline Grid that fully empowers the return to 13-20-33 upshift into the re-emerging Crystalline, non-polarity Mer-Ka-Na Tri-System.

Circuitry : The 13-20-33

The 13-20-33 is an energetic emulsion interface combing the connectivity between anti-matter/matter/etheric- matter in a crysto-electric amalgam that creates the energy hum of OM. As such the circuitry of 13-20-33 is the not only the optimal frequencial flow required for complete omnitary auric function and upshift, it is the only frequency that can do so. It is the key, and a complex one that serves as the ‘plug-in’ for full power. Indeed it is then and only then capable of carrying immense energy. It untangles and combines variegated heterogeneous and homogenous energy forms in a compatible unified matrix that is capable of flowing into zero point, Crystalline Field of Mer-Ka-Na.

This circuitry implements and administers the mandatory linkage between the 33 components of the integral field. It is in fact the junctured manifold that regulates the appropriate networking resonance and lattice-weave within and without. It is defined as follows: the 13 represents the 12 layers of the Auric Field within etheric matter harmonized and synchronized into Oneness. Thus the 12 become the One forming the 12+1=13 frequency. It only occurs after sufficient sojourns in duality allow the consciousness of the entity to activate all 12 layers and tie and activate the 12 primary chakras to each layer of the aura and indeed to the 12 strand DNA.

The 20 represents activation of human auric interface layers into multidimensionality within the realms of AntiMatter. These layers were not easily accessible until the adjustment of the magnetic grid occurred.

The Fibiocci synchronization of the 13 + the 20 enables the 33 circuitry. This enables the circuitry that allows for humanity to expand fully into the Crystalline, non polarity levels of consciousness. This is truly the vehicle that takes you full circle, full circuit… back home.

The Mechanics of Maintenance

Now the correct flow of the 13-20-33 circuitry is dependent on certain maintenance responsibilities as we have described. We will discuss now, the obstacles that are most common in obtaining and sustaining optimal circuitry.

(1)Interfering EM Fields & Microwaves Result in Bio-Polar Reversal

In your current times, the electromagnetics of the ascending earth are being amplified in potent surges, pressurized surges that can stretch & micro-fracture the flow & symmetry of your auric fields. This is a fundamental & defining necessity of the Ascension as you morph into expanded 13-20-33 Circuitry Auras in order to achieve Mer-Ka-Na within the Mer-Ka-Nic Tri System.

In your age and usage of cell phones, computers, televisions & electronic devices your offices and homes are a constant barrage ofopposing electro-magnetic energy fields. The result can be a temporary ’short circuit’ effect that if unresolved can lead to auric imbalance by means of energy loss through fissure cracks. In essence this may be termed ‘auric bleeding’. Some of the effects are short termed, but others can become chronic.

The detrimental effects of electromagnetic fields & microwaves, from your MW ovens, computers, mobile phones and televisions have been recognized by some of your mainstream medical professionals. These tend to be minimized & ignored by the masses, in part because the very suppliers & manufacturers of these generators of microwaves and magnetic fields sponsor and underwrite studies from staff or consulted scientists and ‘experts’ with the pre-contracted aim of disproving or vastly minimizing the contra effects. In the fact the detrimental effects are very real and most all of you are constantly within these contra-fields. As a case in point, most of you will read this message in front of a computer screen.

Dear Ones, there are effective methods of dealing with these contra fields, and these will be offered to you.

But do not ignore the fact that these fields will absolutely have varying levels of mal-effect on your auric field. Most of the in-situ waves and fields do not penetrate very deeply into the layers of your auric sheath, others do, yet all can fissure your energy fields. There may be some who consider this to be an issue of belief system, or this very message to be one of fear. It is neither. It is true that an Ascended Master can transmute such effects, but Dear Ones, we tell you in love that unless you are manifesting at that level, and can walk on water, take heed. The detrimental consequences of microwaves and electromagnetic waves created from alternating currents are a succinct certitude for the masses of humanity in duality, whether you believe it or not.

While these effects are not life threatening, they do indeed affect your energy circuitry, and can create what is termed ‘reverse bio-polarity’ and auric short circuitry. Both of which can lead to auric fissuring and result in auric bleeding.

Air Travel

Air travel is an ingrained aspect of most of your lives. At some point almost all of you will travel by airplane to another destination. And such travel depletes the aura far more than is currently understood. Indeed expansive regular air travel can shorten one’s very longevity and cut short life span, especially for those in mid to later years. Pan continental and trans ocean flights by the very measure of their copious distance and requisite time in flight time are exponentially more degenerative to the human auric field. Virtually every one onboard a 9-10 hour international air flight exit the plane at their destination with varying degrees of irregular or ruptured auric function. Long distance flights traveling latitudinal in eastbound vectors are the most detrimental. Yet all such take an undeniable toll on the energy field…you call it jetlag. Such a benign term is a gross understatement, for the condition is far more than simple fatigue from time zone change.

Now, one of the key the underlying factors that is the root of the issue is that most commercial planes fly at altitudes of 35,000 feet, in the stratosphere, and effectively outside the regulatory pulse of the Schumann Resonance. The Schumann Resonance is the planets ‘heartbeat’ it is an anionic charge released by the earth, that combines with the cationic charges released from the stratosphere to form an electro-magno capacitor around the planet from ground level to about 30,000 feet. This capacitor forms a background resonance that plays a key role in regulating vital organ& glandular rhythms in the human body. Airplanes flying at 35,000 to 37,500 feet, as most do, are outside this regulatory range and the metallic fuselage of the aircraft further deflects most remaining integration. The result is a distortion of the physical rhythms. Your NASA agencies and space station agencies are aware of this issue, as it has created chronic physical issues with the astronauts. They have experimented with placing magnetic generators in the stations and shuttles.

Your medical personnel that have studied jet fatigue are aware that flights can and do force the heart to work harder, and that longer range flights enlarge the heart temporarily. The pilots and flight attendants who fly daily absolutely stress their bodies and auric fields to the extent that chronic diseases result and ‘aging’ is acutely accelerated. There have been internal studies of the abbreviated life expectancy of airline flight workers, but these are for the most part kept from the public. They are indeed aware that hypobaric hypoxia caused by pressurization of the aircraft alters rhythmicity after long flights, independently of the number of time zones crossed, significantly reduces human hormone levels.

This issue is somewhat exacerbated by the rather cramped conditions of setting in close quarter seating for extended periods in which rest is difficult, circulation is impaired and the body ingests less oxygen, resulting in a fatigue of its own. The extremely dry air in the pressurized cabin as well as the pressurization itself is detrimental. Cycles are interrupted, and indeed most of you recognize that it is difficult to rest the body after long flights, insomnia occurs as but one side effect of the auric circuitry interruption.

Now let us be clear, flights of under 3-4 hours are not as detrimental as the 8-12 hour variety, and recovery is much faster. So other important factors are the time in the flight, the frequency of flights taken and the age and physical health of the individual human.

Yet all flights, as we have emphasized are detrimental to varying levels.

Equatorial Crossing

Long flights of latitudinal crossings invoke greater fatigue to the body physical due to time-zone change. This in addition to all of the other factors mentioned. Yet longitudinal flights that cross from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere (and vice-versa) invoke another frequencial adjustment to the auric energy. The resonate energy below the equator will in unforced & unmagnetized scenarios, naturally rotate clockwise below the equator, and anticlockwise above it. Thus when one flies from above the equator to destinations above it, and vice -versa, the individuals Auric circuitry will be mal-effected for a period of time.

Question to Metatron: Many people have jobs that require flights. What can be done to minimize the detrimental effects?

AAMetatron: The effects, again, are exacerbated according to the frequency of flights and length of flights. Other factors are the general health and age of the person flying. So in all cases, try to minimize regularity and frequency when possible. Maintain the health in all activity. When you know you will fly you can stabilize the field somewhat by wearing copper or gold on both wrists, and by employing certain gemstones as rings and pendant to help hold the field intact. After the flight, take salt mineral baths and avoid sleep aids. Hydrate the body as much as possible during and after the flights.

The Crucible of Ascension Magnetics

Another less obvious, but vitally important sources of auric diffusion are the very mechanisms of the Ascension. This may seem paradoxical at first glance, but indeed it is occurring, and you must be aware of this. The primary mechanisms we refer to are the solar winds, the increase in the spin of the planetary core and the resulting amplification of planetary frequencies. The planetary pulse is speeding up, and dear ones it is affecting you in myriad ways. In a very valid sense, what is occurring through the ascension energies is stretching your frequencial capacities. As such you are required to grow a new expanded auric field, much like a snake that annually outgrows its skin, and goes through a phase of fitting into a new one that can better encompass the larger body. Do you understand? Before the new one can become resilient, the old one is stretched and cracked, and during that transition there is a phase of metamorphosis that encompasses within it certain vulnerabilities until the new one is completed.

As your earth draws closer to the Ascension of 2012, many major changes are occurring around you that have a profound effect on your physical, emotional and mental well being. Many of you find that you become somewhat ‘vulnerable’, feeling overwhelmed at times, as if you can’t seem to get things done, as if there are not enough hours in the day. Some of you are going though periods of depression, you feel as though you are sinking into a funk, and it seems like you are moving through molasses. Emotions go from ecstatic highs to deep lows shadowed in dark despair. Dear Ones, you are not alone, literally millions of you are experiencing this stretching and building of the ‘new auric skin’, and we say to you, that by understanding the process and maintaining the integrity of your auric field, the process becomes much easier.

Case in Point

The channel has often spoken of an energetic equalization that can occur when seekers initially visit powerpoints or sacred sites. When a non resident seeker goes to a mega- powerpoint such as Mount Shasta, Lake Titicaca, Sedona, Arkansas or Glastonbury, for example, many find themselves enveloped in a much stronger resonant electromagnetic field than what they are accustomed to, an energy much stronger than the resonate vibration rate of their auric field. For some, but not all, within 3-7days, depending on the auric strength & resilience of the individual seeker’s field, the auric ovid will stabilize the pressure differential in a form of osmotic equalization. The auric field will do this through the formation of tiny fissure cracks and a rupture of the auric sheathing will naturally occur.

Unless the individual deals with it, an auric short circuitry eventuates, resulting in energy loss. As such emotional extremes can occur up until the time that the auric field is re-stabilized & re-grounded.

For people that move their residence from lower energies into the locale of a mega power site, this process can take from 6 months to a year. Those of you who have moved to the Mount Shasta and Sedona areas will understand this. For visitors, it will correct itself within a week or two of going back to their place of residence. The key is be aware of your auric frequencial quotient, and do not overstay your time, until your field is capable of holding the higher frequency.

Now, we are not saying that it is not beneficial to visit power nodes, quite the contrary. Such expansion in the overview is inevitable and quite beneficial & quite necessary in order to grow the ‘new skin’ required to expand into greater frequency and multidimensionality.

Power nodes accelerate this process, and as such should be visited. These infinity points are virtual accelerators that aid your metamorphosis and prepare you for the heightened energies of the ascension, you see?

Rather we are saying that there are processes occurring within power nodes that are a microcosm of the macrocosm, and that they need to be understood. You see, your entire planet is beginning to quicken, to increase in frequency, and you must ready yourselves to contain that frequency. Many of you are dealing with this, somewhat in the dark. You are now or will soon experience this, and an understanding of the process will serve to make it much easier.

Auric Metamorphosis: Changing the Etheric Skin:

The reverse process is also occurring within many of the more enlightened souls. There are many of you who are already tapping into your expansive multidimensionality as the 144-Crystalline grid enables greater dimensional access. The result is that your inner EMF is pulling in great surges of energy, energy levels that are somewhat greater than the parameters of your auric capacitors. In these cases, the result is that a stretching, an overload occurs resulting in temporary fissure cracks, and energy loss. You are changing your skin.

Part of this metamorphic stretching, requires a cleansing process. The very multidimensionality of power nodes and of the Ascension itself are ‘crucibles’ and will force ones issues to the surface, and thus allow the entity an important opportunity to confront & release any imbedded obstacles. Better sooner than later. This is why these are popping up for so many of you. Attempts to rebury them, ignore them will simply cause the issue to grow and fester.

These issues themselves, unresolved, will generate stress, and lead to the reactive fields of polar reversal, circuitry failure and auric bleeding.

Dear Ones, truly there is a meta-science around auric integrity. This is not a new science, rather a forgotten transitioning one, but one that must be understood, relearned, by all who seek to grow, all who seek balance, wisdom & knowledge.

An intact auric field allows one to re-build the Cosmic Lattice, and achieve 13-20-33 circuitry and as such multidimensional expansion through the levels of the crystalline Mer-Ki-Va system. A fractured field loses energy and the energy loss stresses the physical circuitry. If the loss is not recognized and reconciled, it can lead to chronic polarity reversal, emotional lows, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, migraines, weight gain, anxiety and panic disorders to list but a few. These can be reconciled.

Now, we encourage all of you to actively study this subject.

What you must understand however is that there are many diverse sources of detrimental EMF impacts that can slow the ‘metamorphis’ create varying degrees of temporary circuitry damage to the field, and these must be dealt with. Imagine these as slow leaks to the tires on your vehicle. If ignored the tire will go flat, and the vehicle cannot move forward. So it is with your auric field.

Question to AA Metatron: How does one recognize auric bleeding?

AAMetatron: First by understanding certain conditions that can create energetic imbalances and auric energetic diffusion. Those we have listed in the above discourse… The human EMF has certain built in defenses. Just as your skin has 3 levels of sheathing, so to speak, your auric fields have twelve layers on the earth dimensions. The outer 3 levels are where most of the energetic diffusion takes place from electromagnetic waves, microwaves can affect you on much deeper levels.

Micro waved food reverses the molecular polarity of the food substance being heated. This is a recognized fact within some of your mainstream academia. When this is taken in the body, circuitry within the digestive system and bowels are effected, both on the physical and energetic bodies.

Now the precondition recognition is essential, first by knowing within what situations auric interference from opposing energy fields can occur. Sensory indications can be quite subtle. The first sensory indicators are emotional lows, a sense of being tired and out of sorts. Humans rarely connect this to EMF loss, because it occurs quite commonly due to the fact that most homes contain interfering fields, and the stress of life within families, jobs and daily life have their stressful aspects. Aspects that are indeed in part due to energy loss from the taut hectic pace, worsened by lack of exercise and healthy diet.

Question to AA Metatron: What can be done to strengthen & solidify the Human EMF?

AAMetatron: There are many things that can strengthen the field. But first, try to eliminate the root source of auric short circuitry and diffusion. Stop using microwaves for food. If it is a case of being obliged to spend hours in front of a computer, as many of you do. There are steps that can be taken to neutralize the bombardment.

Now exercises to strengthen the auric field are numerous. Some of these are conventional methods, others are not.

Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. (Tai Chi, Yoga or Walking)

Increase water consumption, and magnetize water

Detoxify, through saunas, colonic irrigation, massage therapy

Use salt baths & mineral baths, and thermal natural springs

Utilize the Tesla Violet Ray Therapy

Use of magnetics on the soles of the feet & wrist ( <3500 Gsse)

Wear specific combinations of gems stones

Wear noble metal around the neck and on both wrists

Healthy diet

Avoid excesses of alcohol

Elimination / minimize toxins , tobacco and certain prescription drugs

Take cleansers weekly such as raw garlic, ginger and cider vinegar

Work with Phi cut Vogel crystals, in auric sealing

Smudge, sage the field

Utilizing pure sonic frequency thru crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls & tuning forks

Now, in addition to this, be aware of your emotional state. If you are suffering from lethargy, chronic fatigue, insomnia, depression and anxiety, it will certainly serve you to take the steps listed above, but other actions will likely be required. Many of you have chosen certain life lessons that involve removal of obstacles by overcoming ‘contractual set-ups’. These set-up life lessons are in essence opportunities, gifts if you will, to allow you to move forward. If they were easy, you would not necessarily learn. Simply changing your outlook to ‘positive thinking’ when you are dealing with a life lesson that leaves you in a state of lethargic depression is not enough. A ‘Pollyanna’ outlook will not resolve the core issue, none the less, an intact auric field will assist in overcoming these issues, and in certain cases the auric field will not be whole until these chronic issues are resolved. One provokes the other and vice versa.

While some of you may be somewhat ‘karma free’, most of you still have learning to walk through & issues to clear. The current time is a gestalt to allow you achieve these lessons and to confront and remove remaining energy-viral obstructions. Auric maintenance underpins all.

Question to Metatron: Can you advise if the ‘neutralizing chips’ that are available to eliminate detrimental effects from monitors and computers are functionally valid?

AAMetatron: Except for the individual’s degree of ‘belief’, they are currently of very little assistance beyond the ‘placebo effect’. At the present the ‘bio-chip’ technology is not of a sufficient advancement to be truly effective in its own merit. The most beneficial means to deflect these fields is 5-fold, the first point being applicable in all conditions of field strengthen to negate interference:

1) The wearing of gemstones is far more helpful than the current neutralizing chips. A single refractive gem of 2 carats or more worn on one hand and a double refractive gem on the other helps deflect the fields. Examples of single refractive gems are diamond, garnet and spinel. Double refractive are aquamarine, sapphire, ruby, emerald, tourmaline, topaz or any of the quartz varieties such as amethyst, peridot & citrine. In reference to the double refractive, a carat size of 4 or greater is better. Combine this with noble metals on each wrist, gold, palladium or platinum is best. Silver, copper, brass, titanium and carbon steel will assist if the more noble metals are not affordable. Wear a chain around the neck with a stabilizing pendant, such as lapis lazuli, malachite or azurite. Through this process you have a greater ability to increase your field and deflect opposing ones you see. Clear gems are great producers of higher dimensional light waves, and amplify ones field and help hold it intact.

Do not wear beryl (emerald, morganite, alexandrite, aquamarine) and corundum (ruby & sapphire) at the same time.

2) Try to maintain a distance from the screens. For computer monitors this is difficult, for televisions, 4 to 5 meters is recommended.

Question to AAMetatron: Some metaphysicians and shamanic teachings speak of ‘psychic attacks’ occurring when the auric field is ‘open’. Can and does this occur.

AAMetatron: It can and does indeed. However, your term of psychic attack is in truth an aspect of electromagnetics and harmonic oscillation. From a higher perspective these are part of the set up and overlay of growth in duality, as you learn to be responsible with your innate creative forces. As we have told you, your thoughts & emotions have a vibratory frequency within duality that is quite real, and quite alive. When you focus on an event or react in strong emotion to another person or situation, you create energies termed thought forms. These amass harmonically in various manners. If you project great charges of emotionally charged energy, such as anger, jealousy, or love, passion and joy, toward another, you will agree that both parties are affected, yes? If you consciously dwell on these charged vibratory thoughts, then the energy mass, normally short lived, can gain sufficient energy to become an aware thought-form. When spiritual love and compassion are projected and created, a synergy occurs that befits both parties. When fury and hateful negativity are projected a toxic reaction can occur from both sides. If the auric field of the ‘targeted’ person is open, the effect is worsened somewhat, and a temporary energy bleed can result.

Now, it is important to differentiate between malicious or controlling energies and honest reactions. If someone disrespects you the appropriate, honest reaction can be one of pure anger and hurt. When these are openly and honestly expressed a cleansing gestalt occurs that can lead to better understandings and a renewed, improved communication. It is a learning process, and is appropriate. But nonetheless, a form of energetic opposition takes place.

However, when one person feels a vendetta, or a prolonged desire to control the other, the gestalt can dissolve into charged conflict, and as such a malicious energy battle of will may occur. Very often both parties feel ‘right’ and the frequency of hate harmonically attracts more and more like energy until the amassed energy form is so potent that it has the ability to effect a destructive ‘attack’ role to both. Unless one or both of them sees the wisdom of releasing the hate, it will pull them into a downward spiral, creating dis-ease and deeper negativity.

When one is in a state of malicious anger, or self-loathing, depression, that vibratory resonance on its own will deplete and open the auric field. It becomes a self dug pit that gets deeper and deeper. Lifetimes can be wasted. Yet on a higher perspective, much learning occurs. There are times when great souls choose life lessons of overcoming such energies. Some evolved souls such as Gandhi and Nelson Mandela chose set-ups to be wrongly accused and convicted of crimes, and spend years in the negative energy of your prisons to learn to find peace and strength of will under the harshest conditions of oppression.

Now, when you are in conflict, insure your auric field is maintained, and do not allow yourself to fall into malicious reaction. It is not wrong to react in honesty, but the narrow path of mastery, is to not fall into hate and malicious revenge. You see, getting caught in these traps is much easier than getting out of them. Hate attracts more hate. When groups oppose one another, the collective of like thought forms amass, blend and oppose one another in enormous conflict. Very often entire warring nations form collective energy fields and reincarnate in these groups and continue these conflicts until it is finally resolved. Your current Gulf Wars are such an example, a rollover of the Crusades. Your World War II was a continuation of the Atlantean conflicts between those of Poseida (Law of One), and Aryan, (Sons of Belial).

Double-Edge of Thought Forms

Very often the most difficult ‘attacks’ are due to one’s own negative thought forms coming home to roost.

Perhaps the most difficult of these is around learning self-love. When one falls into depression, self rejection, or self-loathing, the attack is self-generating. The thought forms these dear souls create can become so potent, that the auric field splits into personality fragments. A figure eight pattern of negative energy is emitted, amassed and flows back through the opening of the solar plexus. The thought form of self hatred achieves a certain level of independent awareness, and will become a very real obstacle, self- imposed dungeon, until the person learns to face the root of the problem through great effort of will and wisdom.

Energy exchanges occur quite often in daily life. Some are mutually beneficial, others are not. It is important to note that energy cannot be taken from ones whose aura is intact.

Healers constantly give energy within an intact aura, and are essentially unaffected by the transfer. As such love energy is passed from higher sources and the healer’s auric field is capable of willingly being the conduit without losing any of their auric field energy. But take note, if the healer is not in 13-20-33 circuitry healing cannot be truly provided. In fact the opposite can occur, a scenario in which both the healer and the one to be healed both lose energy.

Control & Energy Projections

Now, anytime you feel anger at someone, those thoughts are projected. Anytime someone tries to control you or vice -versa, an energy projection is launched. There are of course situations in which it is appropriate to follow another’s direction. You do this in every aspect of your life, it occurs in offices, militaries, schools and between children and parents.

This is based upon agreement, and is properly germane when not abused. However, it is not befitting in these and other circumstances for one to allow another to abusively dominate their spirit, or maliciously attempt to break their will. Abuse of power often occurs in relationships, marriages, in work, family and social scenarios. In certain scenarios, as described, it is wrong to allow another to abusively impose their will, and is equally wrong for one to seek such control outside the appropriate structures of agreement. This can evolve into a form of, in your terms, ‘psychic attack’. The controller attaches to the solar plexus center of the controlled party and literally takes their energy and interjects a destructive domination. This ‘vampiring effect’, in your vernacular, especially occurs among egocentric people, controllers, and manipulators, it often is attempted unconsciously from people in imbalance and depression, who need a ‘lift’ from being around others due to their own energy shortage. It also takes place on a larger scale in patriarchal dogmatic religions, male dominated societies, and in marriages. It is more difficult to counter in such trappings. When one is aware of being the target of malicious energy projections, auric integrity is of vital importance.

The visualization of enveloping ‘white-light’ is the generally accepted protective mechanism. However if the auric field is open, the light visualization it is not enough. The procedures listed to strengthen and seal the field, listed above, should be utilized. Be aware that anytime you have strong emotions of a negative nature, or dwell in depression, your fields will temporarily fissure. These attacks can only be energetically depletive if the field is open. The projected negative energy is easily repelled when the auric field is wholly intact. In such ‘wholeness’ the energy is reflected back to its source for the sender to deal with. There is lesson here, and Dear Ones, do not be the sender of malicious energy, inevitably it will come back and cause you great remorse. Such is the nature of the law harmonic oscillation.

Religions are often the source of great inappropriate control, control through fear. Even within, the ‘New Age’ in your terms, have sprung up gurus and spiritual teachers whose, fame and power leads to the downward spiral of ego, self-aggrandizement and control. The path of leadership and power inevitably forks and one may be blindly tempted to take the path of greed & power over love. It is part of lesson, and many have fallen in such traps of ego. When this occurs they become ‘energy takers’. That is why you should never blindly follow any leader or channel. Rather use discernment, and attune to your own Divinity. When you become a part of any ‘group consciousness’, and then decide to break free, there is a natural pull from the collective to bring you back in, and as such form of ‘energy attack’, in your vernacular, occurs, especially in possessive collectives who work at recruitment of followers.

Question to AAMetatron: You mentioned combinations of specific gems for strengthen the auric field. Can you elaborate on this?

AAMetatron: This topic is a vast one, and a book on its own. Briefly, gemstones, relative to auric maintenance and strengthening, are in essence benevolent conscious generators of force fields, that reinforce and fortify one’s own EMF. Being crystalline in matrix, they also are tuning forks that assist in 13-20-33 Auric Circuitry and indeed in Mer-Ka-Na formation and expansion.

A basic combination would be to wear a single refractive stone, such as diamond, garnet or spinel on one hand, and a double refractive on the other. The best single refractive is the diamond, but it needs optimally to be a solitary of at least 2 carats, and we realize these are price restrictive. The best substitutes are garnets, preferably the Ural Mountain green demantoid, or a red-orange spessartite. Both project the octahedron in crystalline form. The diamond projects the dodecahedron and octahedron. If one can afford it, a combination of colors among single refractive is best. These can be intuitively alternated, according to astrological forces, and ones cycles. Garnets come in virtually all colors except blue. The spinel comes in pink, red, blue and violet.

In terms of double refractive gems for rings, the most potent are emerald, ruby, sapphire, morganite and aquamarine. Project the largest fields, assuming a 3-5 carat size. Alternate colors as cycles shift. Tourmaline, topaz and quartz varieties such as opal, amethyst and citrine are all piezoelectric and also quite potent force generators.

Gem use is not folklore, indeed they are crystalline force field generators of crystalline coherent light. They can increase ones vitality and even prolong life span, particularly when used in tandem. Well to study this topic. Remember the body is bi-symmetrical, hemispheric. Combine gems with metals about both wrists and the neck. Noble metals such as gold and platinum are most potent. Silver is tertiary, but quite benevolent in its aspect. Alternate these. Facing the collapse of your currency gives you many consciousness developing opportunities. Are any of them giving you more awareness? China is now contemplating the devaluation of the dollar as a means of changing the reserve currency to yuan. No condition has caused them more disturbance than the way the global game is coming to a climax now without them having dominance in the currency markets. They can control all money with a new currency approach. What they decide will effect the currency of all countries, and a complete collapse is a clear option due to the analysts ability to mask what is actually happening.

China wants world dominance in all areas. Making their currency less contained to their own circles means they will have more chances to control delivery to their business associates when deals are made in their country’s money. Ways to control the global collapse are within their ability also. Are major allies of the US going to accept China’s demands? Absolutely, allowing major currencies like the dollar and the euro to go down the drain quickly. Change money now before it happens is the first thought that you may have. But to what? All currencies other than the yuan are going to collapse. The yuan can make an absolute currency control bid at any moment, and if they do, no other currency can compete. How this unfolds can mean the loss of the dollar as the world reserve currency which will cause a most disturbing change for many countries. The collapse of their currency will be a consequence of this change.

What can alter this? More anger, about anything, will cause another major eruption of negativity within mass consciousness. Another coinciding energy drop will come when there is no ability to grow food during the cold months. Consider also the inability of corn and other GMO foods to provide good health conditions because the manufacturers of corn and wheat products are doing nothing to heed health concerns about these two most significant contributors to the world food supply. Gardens are not going to be able to receive adequate protection against airborn contact with GMO contaminants, and naming the culprits can only lead to growth of compliance with the Monsanto agenda. Consider them the biggest consumer destroyer on the globe. They destroy and dominate all food coming out of the human domain. Are you able to accept this with quiet minds? Will you do anything to answer this attack on your health and everyone else’s health as well? No? Than get prepared to go to a camp where you will be observed and managed, eating death creating nutrients at all times.

Are you able to fight Monsanto and win? Only with collective court cases and new hearings about the control of this food cooperative. Nutrition has been damaged, and core foods without major contamination are scarce and in many cases, too costly to buy. Will you freak out to get Monsanto to alter their agenda? Are you willing to be locked up? Can you conceive of different actions you can take as one man or woman? Making a difference with this cause of disease needs more decision makers with the ability to alter man’s destiny by moving dross out of an entire social system.

History has given you no cause to believe in the change ability you now possess. Once Awakened, applying your new awareness to the situation can make a difference. It can also give other God driven situations new latitude. Mental desire is not the way to accomplish what is in this message. You are at the consciousness level of a master. You can make all of this disappear. Just connect with divine consciousness, decree what you want to happen, and then allow the results to unfold.

Pure consciousness will give the drug companies and Monsanto new deterrents to their governing abilities. Action is how this has always been done. Making choices that support man’s thriving and being conscious about the human domination gestures you observe can lead to a new collective attitude against Monsanto without demanding it.

The greatest secret of all time is the use of the male and female energies to perform what is sometimes known as high magic. Because of the puritan ethic that dominated society in the past death was often the result of revealing too much. It is hoped today’s society will be more tolerant of this sacred mystery.
In the normal stages of male ego development, Ego development and spiritual growth proceeded through a series of stages or steps culminating in a type of awareness beyond mental awareness has been called Cosmic Consciousness.
This is the direct perception of self evident truth and the archetypal nature of existence. This path of development has also been termed the mystical path. It is driven through prayer and meditation — the normal stages of female ego development. In retrospect we can see this path represents biological stages of development with emphasis on three distinct phases each female may progress through. These are the stages of maid, mother and crone. They are driven by biological factors. Family, relationships and service are very important.
These two opposite paths both appear reasonable and logical and we are confronted with paradox. Both views extend from the lowest levels of awareness to the highest levels of awareness. Both are natural opposites of the other.
Classic books like “Men are from Mars;Women are from Venus” give further evidence that males and females do experience life differently. I will go so far as to claim that males will default to a spiritual/intellectual view of living while being intensely drawn toward sensual/biological experiences. Males will be drawn to the female path and experience it briefly but they can not sustain contact with it.
Females will be intensely drawn to a spiritual/intellectual view of living but default to sensual/biological experiences. They will be drawn to the male path and experience it briefly but can not sustain contact with it. They will loose interest in constant head tripping.
Another factor of interest is that almost any female can experience the complete range of ego development through dating, pregnancy, child birth, and menopause. Some females may be more successful than others but they all reach the pinnacle and regain their connection with Goddess. This is a holistic path.
The male path is quite different in that many males are not able to progress up the steps to the higher levels of ego development. They remain stuck at uncompleted stages for their entire lives. Progress to the next stage is not allowed until the current stage is mastered. This is a linear path.
We form relationships with the opposite sex to help us grow as individuals and as love partners. The dynamic energy exchange between these two paths propel us to become whole.
This  will form connections between the two views that reflect personal experience and help balance our inner male and female aspects.  The male and female are seen as interacting with each other at ten separate levels.

The man and woman agree to work together as an inseparable team to accomplish their desired goals. Since they are meeting primarily on the mental plane it is vital they have as many interests in common as possible. These common interests will help to bridge the vast spiritual gap that will face them later in the work and strengthen their sense of purpose. They are drawn together through a magnetic attraction called love. Romantic love relationships are sacred. Combined their energy is magical.
The man should have a very idealistic and spiritual nature. He will be using male energy as a catalyst to lift her spiritual nature to those spiritual heights where she can contact the Goddess within.
When this contact is made she becomes the Goddess and by transforming his generated energy causes it to manifest objectively as healing energy or she directs it for stated magical objectives. He has the surplus energy she needs to achieve her goals. Alone his energy is wild and undirected. Together they can achieve miracles.
Using the male and female energies correctly is a form of tantric sex magic. This may or may not involve sex or orgasm. What is required is foreplay and sexual tension that is prolonged until intense sexual, emotional, and spiritual energies are generated between them.
Through physical contact these energies merge into her aura and stabilize. If they are fully clothed holding hands together will allow this exchange of energies to take place. In essence any type of male/female interaction will create sparks. This is the spark of sexual excitement.
In magical work sincerity of purpose is important, not ritual. Whatever is done must be original and meaningful to them alone. It must inspire emotions and arouse their desires. To perform this type of sexual alchemy takes time. Mentally and emotionally explore each other step by step. There are ten steps.
Each of the following objectives must be mastered completely before going on to the next. Each objective describes the male and female response as the male generates spiritual energy and invokes the Goddess within her. These steps are the two previous chapters combined as they describe the romantic interaction between two people in love.
There are ten stages or objectives that relationships progress through under normal conditions. See if you can recognize these first five.

1. In this first objective the male struggles to be both body and spirit. He strives to become one with the Christ spirit within him while still maintaining an awareness of his physical body.
He looks at her and recognizes the Goddess. He sees her as a spiritual being placing her on a pedestal and mentally kneels before her. He has expectations and standards for her that are so high only a Goddess could fulfill them. He does not feel worthy of her love. She feels his energy coming into her aura and body.
Mentally she identifies with the spiritual Goddess within her and opens herself to embrace his energy. This is true Goddess love. She acts through instinct and recognizes what sensations his energy produces in her physical body.
All options are explored. She allows this. She loves herself and the whole world. She accepts his worship of her. She is the Goddess. His love makes her feel lovable.

2. In this second objective she becomes the ideal for him as he gets to know her better. Mentally he tries to understand her. She is beyond logic and reason.
All answers merely bring more questions. She is a great mystery. She is good, she is evil, she is life, she is death, she is sin, she is salvation, she is illusion, she is reality.
His intellect is inadequate and he tries to intuitively understand her instead. He is in a complete intellectual fog and at her mercy. Words can’t express his feelings toward her.
Her body rejoices with eagerness. Everything is right. She is a physical Goddess. Her body obeys her mind. she feels stability and peace. She has no expectations of him at all. Everything is new and fresh. All is fulfillment.
She feels his energy influence her sensually. Her emotions are becoming aroused. There is great joy and freedom in exploring these new sensations. She identifies more and more with her body as she sees its effect on him. Her body can not be wrong. It can deal with anything that comes along. He is wrapped around her little finger. She uses her body deliberately to get reactions from him. She uses body language.

3. He begins to trust his intuition above other things. She is the Goddess and he is in love. There is no one else for him or ever will be. She is his Goddess. He is content to bask in her radiance, to merely be close to her. He never felt he could find someone that was so right for him. It’s like a fairy tale dream. He wants to have sex with her. Her energy makes his entire body shiver.
Her new body awareness is strange and she feels timid, shy, and uncertain. She feels weak and powerless compared to him. The very force of the emotions he is generating threaten to overwhelm her.
Instead of reaching spiritual heights the force of his emotions is plunging her down the steep incline into sensual materialism. Recklessly and joyously she forsakes all spiritual values and lets it take her where it will. This is also part of being a Goddess. She wants to have sex with him.

4. He finds joy and peace in daydreaming about her. He lets his imagination run wild as he explores fantasy after fantasy. His daydreams become more real than she is. It is what she spiritually represents that he is in love with. He tries to draw this Goddess down into her physical body with his imagination. When they have sex he is making love to the Goddess and not to her.
She feels apprehension and sorrow at her sudden exposure to the intensity of his emotions. He is now generating tangible psychic force and she must accept it and transform it. This force at first seems hostile and threatening. It stirs her emotions wildly. This is her first eye opening exposure to the forces that can be generated this way.
It is both terrifying and exciting. How can he have so much energy? It is too much for her so she tries to channel his energy upward to the Goddess. Sex is not what she thought is would be and she instinctively feels that something is not right about how he feels about her. He doesn’t really know her.

5. He realizes she is holding back and having difficulties with his energy. He turns his vast creative energies exclusively toward developing a type of energy she can work with. Through trial and error he examines the nature of the energy he is sending her. He perfects and refines each type of energy until he can send each type to her at will. Physical sex entraps both of them and she becomes pregnant.
She is totally overwhelmed by the varieties and force of the energies he is sending. This is a totally new experience and she becomes afraid of loosing herself completely in this wild vortex of raw sensual, emotional, and spiritual forces.
Even though she tries to be careful she finds herself being dragged deeper and deeper into his wild energies and she can’t escape. She is loosing control. He is beginning to dominate her. Then she becomes pregnant.

6. At this point it is time for him to slack off and forget about romance for awhile. He should just enjoy her company and share social activities with her. They are going to have a child together.
Sensual pursuits are fun. As he turns the power down she relaxes and they both turn to a life of total hedonism and enjoyment. She enjoys his company and needs his energy but only a little at a time.
After a while she craves larger and larger doses of his raw energy. She learns how to deal with it effectively. It begins to give her power and energy and she can return some of it back to him in a new form.

7. He thinks seriously about forming a permanent relationship with her. He pours his energy and vigor out to her with an intensity that borders on insanity because it is so strong.
As she receives his energy she becomes completely self-centered. This is the only way she can effectively direct the forces he is generating. She has to be in total control, there can be no weakness. She uses her will to focus his energy toward those things she desires.

8. As she takes total control he begins to suspect she doesn’t love him, that she is just using him to get what she wants. What about the things he wants? He has to fight these doubts and be patient with her at this time. All she seems to care about is the child.
The entire world spreads out before her. She can carve out of it whatever she will. She can use him and his energies as she wishes to achieve her dream. There is no mental hesitation or uncertainty. She goes for the achievement of her dream. She is having a baby!

9. He seems to be only a servant to her but then he remembers that is what he wanted to be. She is the Goddess. He wanted to build her dream for her and now she is using his energy to do just that! Working together they are both achieving those things they wished for. This is the beginning of high magic. They are making a family.

She is the Goddess, a force of nature, unstoppable. She perceives the karmic need for excitement, thrills, and vitality. She knows when to support him and when to bitch at him to get him fired up enough to do something. She gives him inspiration and takes from him what she needs.

10. Blinded by his love for her he sacrifices himself. He projects everything he has and is into her. He is free of all personal desires and plunges into spiritual death and rebirth.
She accepts his sacrifice. She embraces all that he is and resolves to make him complete in all things. It will take all of her power to completely contain his expansive energies but she sacrifices everything she is to do this.

11. They merge. They are one. They are a single unit, a new being. There are no barriers between them. They have become one soul and one family.

12. Their entire personal universe is now recreated on all levels in their image. All is realized, all is complete.

This is the month where you can begin to dream your dreams into reality. Oh? Can that really be true? Can I truly live my dreams? Of course you can. You always could. And this is the month where you begin to see your power of dreaming put into action.

There are a few tricks to this. You knew there would be tricks! If it were so simple, then wouldn’t everyone be doing this, be living their wild dreams and having the lives they truly wanted? Of course they would. Which brings us to Trick #1.

Trick #1. You are already living the life you choose.

Yes, on some level you are choosing the life that you have, right now. You chose everything about it – your eye color, your occupation, your favorite kind of breakfast. You chose all this on some level. You are already living everything you wanted.

Now take that in for a moment. Do you feel the enormous power that you have? The power you had in arranging things – just so – to be the way that, on some level anyway, you truly wanted? Tap into that sense of power for a moment. Really enjoy it. Feel your bigness, your majesty, your infinite connection to all there ever was or will be.

Can you imagine all this for a moment? Good. Hold on to that while you take in Trick #2.

Trick #2. You can change what you want.

Yes, you can change your mind and want something different than you have been getting. It’s okay! Change your mind to want what reflects the You that you are becoming rather than the You that you have been.

That last sentence was so important that we repeat it: change your mind to want what reflects the You that you are becoming rather than the You that you have been.

This process, of course, invites you to think about who you have been. And who you are becoming. Take your time with this. The energy for this reflection – as well as the huge inner paradigm shift that will take place for you as a result – is available to you all month. And beyond. But especially this month.

In fact the more energy you put into reflection and exploration of who you are becoming versus who you have been, the more effective your ability to dream your wild dream into being. So write it all down. Keep a daily journal. Make a list and check it twice. Keep track of your dreams, all of them, day and night. Pay attention to your inner world, for now – more than any other time this year – your inner world is speaking to you. Loudly. Listen.

And while you think about that, think as well about Trick #3.

Trick #3. Dream wild. Dream big. Dream impossibly.

If you only dream small dreams, then a small life is what you will create. If you truly desire a big life, then let your dreams run wild. Stop being afraid. Stop letting what you think might be possible limit you. Remember what Richard Bach said in Illusions? Argue for your limitations and they are yours. So stop that. Right now! Give yourself permission to let go. Let it all go.

Let your dreams inhabit you. Let your dreams free you. Let your dreams become your magic carpet, your golden pathway, your personal infinite magical world. Let your inner world come out and play this month, and let it be wild, the wild November winds of magic.

This is a month for play. There are so many ways to bring your inner world out!

Art. Play with color, texture, form. Use your hands. Get messy!
Write, write, write. Let words become worlds.
Daydream. Give yourself permission for twenty minutes each day, just dreaming.
Laugh. Be silly. Have silly contests with loved ones.
Wear clothes, or your hair, in ways that aren’t “you.”
Play with walking or talking like a different person.
Silly accents!
What did you love doing as a child? Do that!

And now, Trick #4.

Trick #4. Let it go.

Don’t take any of this seriously. When you become serious – all this spiritual stuff is such hard work! – you automatically create limitations. Creation is fun stuff. Give yourself permission to have fun this month.

You don’t think of yourself as anything but a serious person? No problem. Say to yourself, “Just for this moment/hour/day/week/month I will let go and let myself feel what it feels like to play. To dream wild.” And then do it. Just this once. What have you got to lose other than the Self that you no longer wish to be?

Let. It. Go.

If you need a practice for letting go, try this:

Imagine the wild dreams that you are dreaming. Imagine that they take tangible form, but in miniature. You can hold these dreams – all of them – in your hand. Got that? Now imagine a bubble, of your creation, just in front of you. In this bubble you place all your miniature wild dreams, all of them. Go ahead. Now breathe and watch the bubble drift up, up, up into a magical sky. Feel how light you become. Feel how much more like You that you feel. Feel your heart beating with wild excitement, in anticipation of this beautiful creation that you have set free into the Universe to grow. Feel your magical self in the power of your bigness.

What to Expect This Month

Personal

Hold on to your hat! And also, do your best to keep your feet on the ground – that will keep you feeling balanced and from feeling as if you are going to fly off into the air along with your wild dream filled bubble. This month, expect a spectrum of experience from the infernal to the sublime. Ride with it all as evidence of your aliveness, of your majestic powers of creation. For just as you create your joyful experience, so too do you create the painful ones. This month, then, you are awarded useful discernment and contrast to help you choose your future.

To keep those feet on the ground, observe practices this month that help you feel grounded. Most people respond well to the following. Choose one or more that feels right to you.

Breathing
Being in nature
Meditating on ambient sounds, like wind chimes

Relationships

Just as personally you will likely feel the effects this month of the inner juxtaposition of millions of lives moving into closer alignment with their sacred destiny, so too will there be effects within personal relationships of all types. Have you ever observed a child learning to walk? New walkers are unsteady at first, often requiring support. Falls are common. Obstacles loom large. There is much excitement and sometimes crying! Remembering that you – and everyone around you – are toddlers this month, trying out your new wings of creation and dreaming wild dreams, will help you a great deal. Have compassion for yourself and for those around you. Remember that everyone is in this together.

Affirmation: I AM connected to all life, and I feel this connection in my heart of hearts.

Communities

Communities have been undergoing deep and profound change for a while now, as evidenced of late in the Occupy movement. This is but a beginning, and you see now, don’t you, some of the fruits of your collective labors? The dreaming has begun on a community level, and likely will not stop for some long time to come!

Meanwhile, the details may become overwhelming. There are many people who need real help, and communities are not yet in place to give the kind of support they need. This will come in time, but fears could arise when people feel they do not have enough, or may not have enough in the future. What “enough” means will change over time, and has already begun to change in the minds and hearts of so many, but some changes occur slowly.

As you maintain compassion for yourself and for those close to you, extend compassion too to those in your community and in the communities around you. What this means in terms of action will vary from person to person. Some will wish to make soup, knit socks, open their homes to those in need. Some will act to change laws, to change minds, or to help people find their hearts. Others may simply hold space in their own hearts and send wishes out into the world. What you do, and how you live this month, is a direct reflection of the wild dreams that you dream. Pay attention to those dreams now, and make them stronger, wilder, and more vivid, as you immerse yourself ever deeper within the fabric of humanity that cradles you.

Global Politics

Dreams flow from the ground up. What you dream into being in your own life takes shape now, forever altering the landscape around you. This altered landscape shelters new life and has new requirements for shade, seeds, nurturing, and water – all the things that help life grow and evolve.

So too it is with the political world around you. What occurs on a personal and individual level affects the way you think, the way you act. Those actions take root and create further domino-like change in the ripples emanating around you. Eventually, new choices emerge in the political landscape, choices that reflect the inner worlds of the individual.

Expect, then, emergence this month on a political level. The tides turn slowly, but turning they surely are.

Earth Changes

Mother Gaia weeps, not for the beating she has taken but more for the collective pain of those whose lives take place within the shelter of her arms. Gaia is the embodiment of all life in that shelter, and when things change sometimes what is let go must be grieved. If you do not grieve the You that you once were as you begin to embrace the You that you are becoming, then Gaia will grieve on your behalf, weeping tears that turn into rivers, snowfall, hurricanes and tempests. It is a watery, weepy month, reminding you, perhaps, that you really are mostly water yourself.

Honor your watery world by drinking a ritual cup of fresh pure water, savoring each drop as it becomes your body.

Affirmation: I AM a living reflection of the world around me.

Global Spiritual Changes

Oh, this is a rich month for the dreamers among you, is it not? As you embark upon your inner sweet journey this month, remember how deep you can go, how sweetly you sing, how tenderly you love. Remember these things as you dream your wild selves into being and enliven the world around you in your joy and pain and breath.

Spiritually, there is about to be a mass awakening to the tremendous potential of the human spirit and an awakening as well to the deep inner connection you share with one another. Feel it? Ready?

Affirmation: I AM willing to step forth into my wild dream.

Is there really a difference between what is spiritual and physical?

This is something to really think about as your inside world is becoming more spiritual.

Many do not reflect this spiritual inside in the outside physical world as many see them as separate.

They are one and the same.

Yes the spiritual world cannot be seen by many, even though many know it exists.

Just like emotions and feelings, they cannot be seen, but they do exist.

They can be seen by others as you reflect them in your outside world.

Then why is it that the spiritual world is still seen as mostly a separate world.

You should know by now that it is only the ways you perceive the physical world that makes it look physical. While in fact it is just as much spiritual as anything else.

Learning and experiencing takes place on many different levels, not just within the human experience, but within many other parts of your being.

You might not see those parts, but you have this feeling or knowing they are there.

When healing is needed, it is needed not just on a human level but many other levels of your being as all is energy and all is connected.

We are finally seeing some of those healing techniques that have shown up in the human world where many do not even believe in a spiritual world at times.

We see this at some of the cancer centers, where people learn that to heal, you need to heal the body, mind and soul.

Can we measure the outcome and advantage of including the mind and soul compared to just healing the body?

Can we measure the healing when only the body is being healed.

They are two different ways of healing and one of them might be right for one person and not for the other.

Can it be measured if they would have chosen the other option?

Each person has their own path and choices along the path.

Let me give you another thought.

Many are looking for answers as to how and why there is a physical and a spiritual world.

They think the spiritual world must be much better, sort of like heaven as described in many religions.

Now in some religions some belief that heaven is described as a place where they go and will find many women as they have pleased their God and killed enough infidels.

That is a bit different than the heavens that many others are looking for or belief in.

You can bring heaven to earth. It is described in many messages.

What if they bring their heaven to earth?

As each person has their free will and choice you have no choice in this matter.

Or do you?

A lot of thought will have to go into this as creating a new reality that is going to be perfect for each and every person on earth is something that each and every person has a choice and say in.

Many have tried to find solutions for this problem and have given it a lot of thought. But is there really a solution as long as you see the physical world separate from the spiritual world?

Each and every person has certain attachments and thoughts, beliefs and more.

People have many different beliefs of what heaven is and what heaven maybe for them.

People are mostly convinced that what they believe and know is right. Yes others might believe heaven is a place full of women, but this is not what they think heaven is like as they know what heaven is going to be or should be and what others might see as heaven is probably wrong.

How much do you really know as you still keep a separation between the physical and spiritual world in many ways.

As many say, anything spiritual cannot be measured. You can measure a pound of sugar, you cannot measure a pound of energy.

But you seem to know some beliefs are right about the spiritual world and others have it completely wrong.

How do you measure right from wrong?

Belief systems are something that we call attachments.

They keep you attached to something and do not allow you to move further at times until you release the attachment.

What if everyone believed there is no spiritual world.

There is only the physical and that’s it, many still believe this.

You have moved beyond it and found a spiritual world within.

You released an attachment that was a belief system and opened yourself up to a new world of experience to find more parts of yourself within the spiritual world.

Now it’s time to find those spiritual parts of you within the physical world.

Change your way of reflecting yourself in the physical world to a point where the physical world reflects your spiritual world.

Now each person has their own path and choice and you cannot interfere with their path, as you will also have to accept and release all attachment to what you think is right or wrong.

This is to bring in the non-duality way of thinking into the physical world.

As you reflect the spiritual world into the physical world, others will see and follow as they will start to reflect their spiritual world within the physical as well.

This is where you have to have released all attachment to duality, as others are reflecting their spiritual world these others might be reflecting a completely different spiritual world than your spiritual world.

They are on their path and their understanding and experience of the spiritual world is not yours, it is their own and you do not judge unless you want to be judged yourself.

Your spiritual knowledge is what you have learned, others have their own way of learning and might have found different spiritual knowledge.

There is so much knowledge out there to be found, within you but also around you. As all is one, as above so below but also everything that seems outside of you is within you. Each person will find the knowledge they need to know at this point in time and sometimes they will actively search for this.

Each person that is looking within is in fact actively searching for answers, they are not waiting for the answer to come to them, they are looking for it and might find it through the guidance of their own being or guidance that might come from outside their being. Within the oneness there is no difference.

Anything can trigger this, as you read what is out there, something will click and give you the clues needed to find the answer within.

How can you measure what this message has done for you?

Do you thank the messenger for assisting you?

In what way can you thank the messenger?

As you reflect more and more of the spiritual world into the physical world you will find that anything is energy and this energy is being exchanged amongst the people that need certain energies at certain time.

A farmer working on his farm, will put his energy into the food he is growing and exchanges this food on the market for something you call money.

You work and put your energy into this work and in return you receive the energy called money to buy the food from the market.

The food is sold for a certain amount of money, does this amount of money really reflect the amount of energy the farmer has put into his food?

How can you measure the amount of energy the farmer has put into for example an apple? How can you measure the amount of energy you put into your work?

You might have to pay one dollar for an apple at one place and two dollars at another place. Some opt for the two dollar apple, others for the one dollar apple.

Are you going to tell them they are wrong in buying the two dollar or buying the one dollar apple and tell them that the apple should have been free as it is energy and energy cannot be measured in any way so should be free.

Or are you going to tell they must go home and grow their own apple?

Are you going to tell the farmer that you cannot measure the amount of energy he has put into growing these apples and he should give them all away for free.

Many think that they should make more money for the work they are doing as they put a great amount of energy in it.

But if you cannot measure the amount of energy that you put into your work, maybe you should work for free as measuring the energy is not possible and you think it should be free if you cannot measure the amount of energy or the work that is done with energy.

From there we move to any form of healing, if you have a headache and you take some medicine. The headache goes away, but how do you know if it was the medicine or if it was the physical body that actually reacted and healed the headache. The medication might have been just a trigger for the human body to think, oh the headache is bothering me, let’s take care of it.

Now this medication, you bought it with money, or energy. How do you measure the result of using it?

There are many uncertainties within the physical and spiritual world as you have not yet completed the transformation into fully reflecting the spiritual world into the physical world.

They have not become one yet.

As you are on your own path, it might not be your path or choice to have them become one. You might just be here to experience the beginning of oneness and not full oneness.

Does this matter, no as your path is yours and yours alone.

Others might have made the choice to follow a different path, they want to find that oneness within and complete their experience of bringing their spiritual world into the physical to become the oneness they need to find.

Does this matter, no as it is their path and their path alone.

Does it matter how they find their oneness?

It seems here we have some different opinions as many seem to think that their knowledge is better or more in line with the spiritual world than what others think is in line with the spiritual world.

Now as we look at the human existence and the spiritual existence.

Humans start as little babies that learn from their surroundings and what they are being taught by their parents. How many of you have supported your child in taking their first steps and taught them how to eat and speak.

Within the spiritual world everyone is expected to do it on their own.

This is not the real truth as many have been supported in many ways to make those little baby steps onto their own path.

As you cannot fully see the spiritual world, you are like this baby that is going to need help at times to take those baby steps.

There is nothing wrong in accepting help, there is nothing wrong in asking for help.

As a parent sees their baby make the first steps alone, they feel the happiness within them and see the happiness within their baby as the baby reflects the happiness from the parents as well as from their own.

Was there an energy exchange, yes of course in many ways as the parents were supporting the baby with their energy to make those first steps.

Can we measure it? No we cannot. Can we ask money for it? No we cannot as the baby does not have any and it is not expected at that time of their development.

As adults you have made different arrangements and much of what you receive and work for is through the exchange of money.

Spiritual healers, readers, channelers and teachers are finding themselves within a physical world that is different than their spiritual world and they are trying to bring the spiritual world into the physical.

This is where they run into many problems at times as many have found out that to bring the spiritual reality into the physical they are bound by certain rules that many think have to be in place.

As many have taken on the belief system that there is really a difference between the spiritual world within them and the physical world outside of them.
Oneness is where both are the same and there is only the spiritual reality.

Many of these spiritual healers and teachers are here to make a bridge between the spiritual world and the physical world, while they are to abide by the rules of both worlds.

As they are within the physical world, they have to abide by the rules of the money exchange system that is in place. As they abide by the rules of the spiritual world they use the energy exchange system.

The bridge is there to bring both worlds together.

As they work in the physical world they do spiritual work.

As they have to abide by the money exchange system within the physical world they are going to need money to survive within this physical world.

The money exchange system is an energy exchange system just like any other system, but as we cannot measure energy, the healer or teacher will have to do what everyone does and set a price for their services at times.

Just like the farmer sets a price for their apples.

Now it is up to the healer or teacher to measure the amount of energy that is being exchanged and this is where they have to make choices. Just like one farmer will ask one dollar and the other will ask for two dollars.

As the farmer sets his price he will take into account the amount he needs to live and survive as well as how much energy he has put into the apple. Meaning what did he need to grow this apple, how much money did he spend on growing this apple and what is his work worth that was growing this apple.

One farmer might say, I only need the basics to survive and ask one dollar, the other one might say, I need to ask more, as I need to buy new equipment so I will have to ask two dollars.

If these farmers would ask for a donation, what would happen?

Some will not give them anything as they have the belief system that energy cannot be measured and so cannot be paid for in money.

Others might think the apple is only worth 50 cents as they cannot really measure the amount of energy but would like to donate something for the exchange of energy.

What will happen to the farmer if everyone takes on the belief system that you cannot measure the energy involved in growing these apples and so energy /the apples should be free to everyone?

Or the farmer is being paid through the loving energy that you sent him.

If the farmer does not overall receive an average reasonable compensation, well he certainly cannot continue to grow apples.

And all that has been created is one less apple farmer. This is a choice. But the time is here now to examine your creative formulas.

Now we come to the part where many think that teachers, readers and healers are not needed as they are able to find all of what they bring to them, they can find within themselves.

I am not going to argue with this, as this is the truth at all times.

There is however something that many forget, as you make those baby steps and even further along the path, there might be times where your path will guide you towards a teacher as your being is guiding you from within to find the clue or trigger that takes you toward the next step to find more of the knowledge within.

A teacher might be in or on your path as your being knows you need this teacher or healer to take you to the next step of inner oneness.
What are you going to do?

It does not matter if this teacher asks for money, donation or does everything for free.

As you have the belief system that everything is to be found within by you, you might be missing out on finding the next clue to that oneness within.

If you have the belief system that everything is for free, you will pick the teacher that does everything for free, but is it the right teacher for you at that time or are you again missing out on finding the next clue that your being has brought to you.

As the spiritual world and physical world are becoming more one, openness to every possibility is needed.

Oneness is being open to every possibility that presents itself to you.

As you find the oneness within you, you find the oneness within all others.

Many already see that each one of you is within this oneness. So the healer or teacher that is there is in fact within that oneness of everything as well.

The discernment of many is restricted by many belief systems and attachments.

Each person has set out on their own path and has set up certain crossroads within this path as to give the human part choices. It is your discernment that makes the human pick and it does not really matter what choice as they all give a learning experience.

You might have contracted with certain healers and teachers long before you set out on this path to come in and guide your human part in a certain direction.

The human part still has the choice to accept or not.

As you are setting up a certain path as a human and make a decision to follow the divine path of your spiritual being, discernment becomes of a greater importance and discernment is what you need to follow this divine path of your spiritual being.

Now as you let your discernment be influenced by certain belief systems, you are letting your belief system interfere with your divine path.

Releasing all attachments to any and all belief systems is what brings in the discernment that can be clear and precise in what guidance to follow to bring as you work on completing the divine path you have set out for this life time.

Being open to every possibility that might present itself to you is where you will find the oneness you have been looking for.

As oneness is to be found in everything and has no limitations.

You choose to play an imaginary game of separation, and you built the illusion to have somewhere to play and experience what that meant. The longer you played the more real and convincing it became, until you eventually succeeded in convincing yourselves that you were each small, individual, and powerless beings, permanently threatened by one another and by the hostile environment in which you found yourselves. It seemed that the only way to ensure your survival was by learning to defend yourselves, and that is where your attention has been focused for eons. So much so that defense has become one of the largest industries on the planet! It is amazing how much of the “stuff” that you manufacture can be used to defend yourselves or to attack others, and how fascinated, indeed hypnotized, you are by your ongoing focus on attack and defense. The result of this has been almost continuous war, interspersed with short periods spent regrouping and preparing for the next war. What mind-boggling insanity this behavior and focus of intent demonstrates!

But it is only a crazy game in a horrible nightmare from which you are shortly due to awaken. You have proved beyond all doubt by your game-playing activities that separation does not work and is completely destructive in its motivation and the ensuing results, and your hope has shown you that there certainly is an alternative. All over the world people are releasing the attitudes that have kept them anchored in fear and defensiveness, and are starting to open their hearts to accept and embrace the divine energy field that surrounds you at all times, waiting lovingly for you to do just that.

Remember, the illusion, the game, war, poverty, suffering, and disease are all concepts that you built into the nightmare in which, while you continue to maintain and support it by your unloving attitudes, it seems that you have your existence. But you actually have your existence in Reality, in Heaven, in Union with Creation, which surrounds and envelops you always because you are all integral and inseparable parts of that divine state. You have just chosen, temporarily, to be unaware of that unchanging Truth. As you release the unloving attitudes that you needed to hold in order to play the game, the illusion will dissolve and disperse, and you will awaken into the glory of Reality where you have always existed in eternal joy. You are stirring in your sleep, prior to rubbing your eyes and awakening into recognition of your true and changeless glory.

When you apply your loving self into action, your actions will show the love you hold for all that come into contact with and all that you do. Do what it is you wish to do because you LOVE what it is. Don’t act because of what friends, relatives, and co-workers are doing. Do what is best for you, and from the pure thought that comes from your pure heart; based on unconditional love and compassion. That love and Compassion that is not just for others, but for yourself as well. To live purely from your heart in every aspect of your life, you must love yourself for ALL that you are after revealing your true self after all the clearing you have already done from past events that no longer hold any value and moving on from old ways that were weighing you down.

‎”Where is God?” the answer is “He is everywhere” Truth is God. Speak the Truth. Do not harm anyone. Recognize that the highest Dharma is non-violence (Ahimsa). This truth is proclaimed in the scriptures in the exhortation: “Speak the truth. Speak what is pleasing”.

Many of you are watching in amazement as United States politicians fight for the right to spend the money of their citizens. Others remain horrified by the recent shooting spree in Norway. Others are excited about the political possibilities in the Far East and Africa. And still others are collecting their thoughts and lives after the latest natural disaster. 2011 is not a calm year.

Most of you reading these materials have concerns and issues, but not at the depth expected given the negativity and fear reported daily in the media. You have a subconscious – maybe even conscious – feeling that all is well. Despite indicators to the contrary – floods, volcanoes, political upheaval, financial crises – you feel that your life will not only continue, but will be better in the future than was true in the past. How are such feelings be possible?

Do you remember a time when you were clearing your emotional fears how joy did not seem possible? Both the earth and society are now at that place – but you no longer are. Your willingness to move through your personal pain, anger and fear has allowed both society and the earth to now do so.

When you were in your darkest place, would you have ever believed that you could survive a similar process in society and on earth at the same time? Yet, do you not now have glimmers of sunshine throughout your being?

Oh, some of you continue to be angry at politicians or other outer-directed power holders – but not to the extent you would have been even six months ago. You have evolved. And so will your society and the earth.

What makes today or even this week noteworthy? Do you remember when you were at your lowest ebb? Perhaps you contemplated suicide. Or maybe you did not even care enough to think of ending your life – you just existed. Your society is at that point and will be for the rest of this week. Your politicians just want to survive the day – they do not care what others are feeling or thinking.

A similar stance will also soon be noted in the church, the medical and corporate worlds and any other outer-directed institution. For the shifts your politicians are undergoing – whether in the United States or the Far East – will affect all aspects of your society. Is not much, if not all the dissension including murder, about the worth of humanity? Ah – now you are beginning to understand.

During your deepest days of fear, you reviewed your value to yourself and the world. “Why does anyone care if I am alive? Why do I care if I am alive?” Your politicians are answering that question globally – who is important and who is not.

Perhaps you feel that allowing your politicians to answer such questions is terrifying. Let us reassure you that just as you came out of that deep hole of despair into the joy of life, so will your society via the movements of your politicians. We are not telling you that a particular vote will occur this week or that new governments will be created. Rather, that the politicians will begin to shift their thinking from personal ideology and need to a global consciousness. Just as was true for you after you determined your value.

Throughout the world, the people are beginning to direct the focus of their governments, churches and corporations. You might feel as if little or nothing is shifting. But in truth a tsunami of love and inner-power is washing away the corrupt and personal agendas of those who believe they are in power. It is impossible for anyone, including you, to be in a personal prison if you do not wish to be there. Note the number of political leaders who supposedly hold your dreams captive. Which group has the larger number – those in power and control or those who put them there?

As politicians throughout the world start fearing that they will lose power unless they agree to the needs of the people, their power base, direction and inner thoughts will change.

Such change will not happen overnight – maybe not even within the next few weeks, but it has started in waves of discontent that will topple the structures of government, churches, the corporate world and any other institution designed to hold power for a few to the detriment of the majority.

Are we discussing a revolution? No. Rather an awakening of an individual’s worth. Those who value their being will no longer give their power and their life to someone who does not believe in love, joy, peace and harmony.

Today I am inviting you to think of Mastery as an attitude or a state of being. That means that you are in an elevated level of consciousness. And another way of saying that would be that you are encompassing all of reality simultaneously.

So for example in a Masterful state you can see the whole picture. When you are in one aspect of the personality or another or maybe ego driven or even just maybe a little too much in your head about something, you are not seeing the whole picture. You are seeing one part of the picture.

So Mastery allows you to see the whole pie or the whole puzzle, and thus brings an enlightened viewing point to what you are observing.

One of the exercises that we use for practicing Mastery in this manner, especially so if there is a lot of drama in your life, is to imagine yourself sitting on top of a very tall pole, like a telephone pole or something. And you are sitting up there and you are watching the whole play going on around you. It might be coworkers, it might be family members, it might be doctors and nurses talking about treatment options, it could be war or violence. And you rise up above all of the drama and look at it as if you’re an independent witness, not attached to it but able to observe all that is going on.

When we go even further into that, you are able to understand the perspective of each player in that scenario so you can literally empathize with any one and then all of them and understand this person is playing out of abuse patterns, and this person is playing out of victim patterns and so on. So I am encouraging you to practice a state of mastery as often as possible.
